An old-world design, the Athena Brass Pepper Mill is a functional and elegant kitchen tool for any home cook. Featuring a durable all metal body, an inner adjustable grinding mechanism preserves flavor with each grind from fine-to-coarse. Please note that due to the natural brass material, this mill will age and patina over time.

These handmade mills are adapted from Greek coffee mills that were originally used by the Greek Army for use in the field several hundred years ago.

The grinding mechanism has been designed to actually grind the pepper or salt rather than smashing the peppercorn. This maximizes the flavor and aroma of the pepper with each turn of the handle.
